Stawell Baptist Church's Sam Allan said twice a week up to 40 children come for toast, juice and fruit and now thanks to the money provided they have purchased a toaster.
"Stawell Primary School has always appreciated the versatility of their wonderful chaplain, Ruth Graham," Mr Allan said.
"One of Ruth's initiatives several years ago was to start a breakfast club with the help of the Baptist Church."
A small team of volunteers endeavour to feed the students and the school is always happy to see more volunteers.
"It can get rather busy with so many hungry mouths to feed and sometimes we had trouble being able to make enough toast quickly enough," Mr Allan said.
