Danielle Eagles, Anthony Murphy, Maria Naawi, Ethan Richardson, Sue Wilde and five-year-old Austin Tyers will colour or shave their hair as part of this year's World's Greatest Shave.
The shave and colour will get underway at the Town Hall Hotel from 7pm. There will be raffles of goods and services that have been donated by numerous generous shop owners.
Organiser, Elishia Swain said she had been overwhelmed by the level of support shown by businesses in Stawell, Halls Gap and Ararat, and as far away as Ballarat and Melbourne.
"We are having raffles of goods that have been donated by so many of our local businesses," she said.
"Not one shop has turned me down everyone has donated. So many people have been brave enough to shave and colour their hair for this amazing cause.
"I hope to get a lot of people to come and share in a good night and raise some money for a great cause."
Ms Swain's efforts to raise much needed funds for cancer research don't end there she is also organising for one of Stawell's primary schools to do the shave for a cure as well.
"It is for an amazing cause and I would like to get a big turn out to raise as much money as possible. Let everyone know just how generous this town is," Ms Swain said.
Several great items will be up for grabs on the night.
