Although not the highlight of the three events, the weekend gets underway with tomorrow's stableford event.
All guests are welcome to attend but must complete registration between 11.30am and 12.15pm.
Tomorrow's stableford event tee off will range anywhere from 11.45am until 12.30pm.
The drawcard event for the weekend is the RACV challenge scheduled for Sunday.
What better way to celebrate Australia Day than a round of golf.
Almost 35 pairs have registered for the round, so it is sure to be a huge day for the Stawell Golf Club.
The RACV Challenge is a fourball best ball aggregate stableford competition with teams of men, women or mixed combinations allowed.
The winning pair will advance to the national final to be held at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
Included in the finals package are return economy airfares, three nights twin share accommodation at RACV Royal Pine Resort, complementary breakfast daily, two rounds of golf at the RACV Royal Pines Resort and a gala presentation dinner.
Registrations for the event is from 9.00am until 9.45am with a shot gun tee off at 10am and at least one member in the team must be an RACV member.
The Australia Day holiday on the Monday rounds out a jam-packed threef days of golfing action as a cross country 18 hole par three day with any combination, three person ambrose takes place.
Much like Sunday's event it will be a shot gun start at 10.30am with registration from 9.15am through til 10.15am.
There will be prizes for nearest the pin and for any one that can manage a hole in one rewards there too.
However, due to the shorter course the hole in one will not be recognised with a mounted ball or board entries.
