Members take the group through a series of games and exercises that all the participants enjoy.
Activities include tunnel ball, stretches, swing bars and beams. All test the limits of participants, while giving them the chance to experience fun they wouldn't normally experience.
Sessions run for 45 minutes every Wednesday afternoon from 1pm in the state of the art gym facility at Pinnacle Inc's Powerhouse complex in Stawell.
