The aged care facility met all expected outcomes - 44 in total - across every single aspect of its operations.
Chief Executive Officer Sue Blakey said Department of Health and Ageing appointed assessors were on site for two days.
"They closely observed the way we ran the facility and cared for our residents, reviewed all of our documentation and conducted interviews with residents, their families and staff," Ms Blakey said.
"Their final report reveals that Eventide Homes is achieving department expectations and is providing excellence across all service provision.
"It's always satisfying to have this external evidence that we're providing top quality care to our residents."
Eventide Home staff members were highly commended by auditors, who indicated they were 'committed' and 'willing to embrace change in the workplace'.
They also saw a 'definite spirit and culture of team work.'
"I am very proud of our staff members who willingly embraced the accreditation process and took the opportunity to showcase our facility," Ms Blakey said.
"Their dedication is key to making Eventide a 'great place to live' for all our residents.
"This, along with ongoing capital development and continuing high standards of care sets the scene for future residents to stay living in their local community close to family and friends in a wonderful facility."
