Members from McCallum House in St Arnaud, McGregor House in Ararat and various facilities throughout Stawell, join with residents from Macpherson Smith Nursing Home to enjoy music and singing by Christine Johnston and Neil Thornton at the monthly concerts.
The monthly concerts are also attracting members of the public.
In the warmer months, up to 90 people have attended, with 45 being present in the month of June.
The musicians have commented that this hour of entertaining is the most rewarding experience in their circuit within the region where they perform.
Lili Gorter, who co-ordinates the Stawell Intertwine Services Life Skills program at the Powerhouse, said she was thrilled that the new facility is proving so successful.
Members of the community are being urged to take the time to inspect the Powerhouse and view the many activities and programs that are on offer.
The next concert at the Powerhouse is scheduled for Friday, July 19.
