STAWELL - On Monday five staff from the Stawell Health and Community Centre will be colouring or shaving their hair, but all for a good cause.
Wendy Phillips, Tess Tepper, Di O'Donnell, Jacqui MacDonald and Deb Armstrong have chosen this year to participate in the Leukaemia Foundation's World's Greatest Shave event, raising money for research into leukaemia and support for those affected by leukaemia.
Each staff member has been impacted by leukaemia through people they have worked with or personally supported and so would like to honour these individuals in a practical way.
If you would like to support staff from the Community Centre, please phone 5358 7400 for more information.
A gold coin afternoon tea will also be offered at the event to see staff have their heads shaved or coloured from 2.30pm at the Stawell Health and Community Centre.
