The Grampians Cricket Association is to bring out the rule book for the first time in season 2009/2010.
With clubs deep into the swing of things, several teams still aren't abiding by the rules properly.
The new rule introduced this season for teams to have their score sheets up and loaded onto the mycricket.com website has seen several games not being recorded.
As of this week teams from all grades that do not place their results onto the website will have six points deducted from their season total.
GCA secretary Scotney Hayter is hoping this will encourage all clubs to have their weekly results submitted and ready to observe by Monday.
``I was hoping to have everything up and going by now, but there's still a few clubs not doing the required paperwork,'' Hayter said.
``All they have to do is fill in the team sheet on the website on a Sunday night and everything would work out fine.
``Hopefully by doing this all clubs will realise the importance of filling this out.''
