The theft of the vehicle also related to a burglary committed at the same premises some time between 6.30pm on June 19 and 10am on June 25.

Unknown offenders gained entry to the business premises and stole two laptop computers, along with a framed photograph that was hanging on the wall.

A vehicle was also stolen, but was located nearby.

A 34-year-old Stawell woman has been interviewed and charged in relation to the theft of $83 worth of goods from a business in Stawell. The woman has been bailed to appear in the Magistrates Court at Stawell at a later date.

Police are looking for public assistance over graffiti at Cato Park. Between 5.30pm on July 1 and 8am on July 2, offenders spray painted graffiti on the walls of the rotunda in numerous colours.

Between 7pm on June 26 and 9am on June 27, a black coloured Eastern BMX bicycle was stolen from a residence in Pickering Street, Stawell. The bicycle can be identified by a purple sprocket.

A 19-year-old Stawell man has been charged and bailed to the Stawell Magistrates Court, on charges of possession and use of ecstasy and also cannabis. He was charged following a search of his vehicle by police after he was intercepted for a routine check.
